Hi there!

I feel like it's been a while since I've put up my own outfit post on the blog. From collaborations with big fashion names like Adidas NEO and Maggie Jeans to hosting my first giveaway with Lynn from Neckbreakin' Style to graduating college (I still can't believe it's over!), let's just say I've been pretty busy living it up. Of course, I hope the opportunities don't stop there because I've had so much fun trying new things. I can't wait to see what else is in store for this blog, especially since the one year mark is quickly approaching. And now that it's the summer, I'm ready to dive right into my bright colors and simple style to share more outfit ideas for this hot season. Not only that, I'll also be going on more summer adventures that I'd love to share with you guys so hopefully you're following my Instagram! Maybe we can even exchange ideas for summer activities :)

I don't know about you guys, but once summer hits, I just want to wear bright colors all the time since it's so nice and sunny out. But that also means I get pretty lazy with my outfits. I mean when it's hot out, I'd rather throw on a sundress or a simple tee and shorts and call it a day. Anyways, I still try to look stylish while staying cool. That's why I was thrilled when DailyLook contacted me to send me some items because I have always been a fan of their variety of fashionable and affordable clothing. It was just a perfect match. I went ahead and chose a unique cross crop top in a fresh mint color and paired it with white high waisted pants. I also chose a flowery statement necklace to give the look some extra details. I love how summery the overall outfit looked and it was simple and cool enough for a beautiful day out!

Style tip: These pants are pretty high waisted so it's best to stick to very cropped tops that are slightly fitting to show off the pants, especially since they're pretty loose fitting with tapered bottoms.
