NYFW | Look 3
// Mango blazer // Topshop choker // unknown heels
I've approached the close to NYFW SS17. And while I barely got any sleep that week since Sunday and pretty much zombie-ed my way through it all, it was definitely a beautiful experience that I wouldn't regret being a part of. From small shows for upcoming designers to bigger runway ones at the main venue, from obscurely questionable presentations to awe-struck inspiring ones, I can say I've come out of fashion week thoroughly heartened and heightened with excitement. I'm even more encouraged to become better in terms of my blog but also my presence in the fashion world. Whether it be invited to even bigger shows next year or getting the opportunity to work with more brands, I know that this NYFW made me crave more for myself. So I don't mind losing sleep throughout the week or disappearing from my friends' social radar, because for that one week, I am laying it all out and making a name for myself in the industry.
Every NYFW, I am stressed and exhausted to the point where I consider just skipping the next one, but I can assure you, I'll be back despite it all. It's the wild rush I love to hate and hate to love. See you in 'FW18.
